My experience in Monte Sole

On the 30 th of March we went  to Monte Sole with 3°A.in Monte Sole  there was a slaughter and a lot of people died.                                                                                                                                  We left the school at 8.30,we traveled there by bus. When we arrived we had a break and theacher divided the two classes into three groups.                                                                                           We spoke a lot about the situation in 1944 and we discovered important things.                             We walked along a path and then we stopped because the guide told us something about the place where we were . We saw the remains of two or three houses and we also listened to a story wich a survivor wrote. We walked along a short piece of path and we saw a church with a few holes in the wall from machine-guns;the guide told us that in the church there were all the people of Monte Sole and the nazist took all the people,who were in the church, into a graveyard; a few metres from the church there was the graveyard  where the nazist took all the people and threw a hand-granade.    In the afternoon the guide need what we had written  and we wrote the most important feeling on a piece of paper. We spoke a lot about them and with a lot of examples we said that the Second World War was a brutal act of racism and also in this century we can find aspect of racism but they are came up indifferent ways.                                                                                                                   I was surprised and surprised because i can’t believr and i can’t understand how these things could happened.
